Feeling a bit nervous about starting?
I run several small group sessions every week at the Hangar HPC Gym on Penarth Road. There is a maximum of 6 people in a class and the cost is £7 per session. We will work on Compound (multi joint and full body) movements with the appropriate mobility and accessory movements to maximise your time spent in the gym. Unless you have any major injury this is a good starting point for most people.
