How much involvement and guidance do you need with your training? 
I can help you a little bit, or a lot – and your results will reflect what we both put in. Please note I only do monthly payment and not one-off sessions as they are pointless for most people and won’t reach goals.  This helps keep you accountable too, and ensure you train consistently.  Please ensure you read my Terms and Conditions.
