How much involvement and guidance do you need with your training? 
I can help you a little bit, or a lot and your results will reflect what we both put in. Please note I only do monthly payment and not one-off sessions as they are pointless for most people and won’t reach goals.  This helps keep you accountable too, and ensure you train consistently.
